Data Retention Policy

Thank you for choosing us for your recent project! We hope you’re delighted with the final result.

⚠️ Policy as of 1 March, 2025

We securely store your original project files (which may include video footage, photos, audio recordings, or other media) for one month from the date your project was delivered. After this time, these original files will be PERMANENTLY DELETED from our servers.

However, please note we will always retain copies of the final, approved, edited files that we have delivered to you. This service is provided at no additional cost.

Options to Keep Your Original Files:

If you’d like to keep your original project files beyond the one-month period, we offer two convenient options:

Option 1.
Physical Copy (Flash Drive) Sent To You - $200 (once-off payment)

Receive your original files mailed directly to you on a flash drive.

Important:

  • Once mailed, your original files will be permanently deleted from our servers.

  • Safekeeping of these files becomes your responsibility.

  • The physical copy includes only original captured files. Additional digital assets like licensed music, graphics, or creative elements remain our intellectual property and are not included.

  • Future Editing Requirements

    Should you later wish to edit or update your completed project, you will be responsible for providing the original footage back to us at your own expense.

Option 2.
Yearly Archive Storage With Us - $20 per year.

Securely store your original files on our servers on a yearly basis.

How to Request:

To select either of these options, simply reply to the email about archiving your files within one month from your project’s delivery date.
If we don’t hear from you within this timeframe, we’ll assume you no longer need the original files, and they will be PERMANENTLY DELETED.
