Video Project File Storage & Purchase Options

At Alba Prime, we understand the importance of preserving your video content and related files even after the project is complete. To provide you with the best service, we offer three options to suit your needs:

1. Comprehensive File Storage
   For $50 + GST per project per year, we store all project files, including final videos, raw footage, and source files, with dual-location backups for maximum security.

2. Deliverables-Only Storage
   Free storage of final videos for up to one year.

3. Raw Files Purchase
   For $150 + GST, raw footage is delivered via download link or copied to an SD card, which can be mailed at your expense.

All clients automatically receive the benefits of Option 1 for a grace period of up to 1 month AFTER the project is complete. During this time, we securely store all the files related to your project—including the final videos, raw footage, and source files—giving you ample time to decide on your preferred storage option.
If we haven’t received any guidance from you on which option you’d like to proceed with by the end of this grace period, we’ll automatically switch to Option 2.
This means we’ll continue to store just your completed videos, free of charge, for up to 1 year, ensuring your final deliverables remain safe and accessible.

Option 1: Comprehensive File Storage (Yearly Paid Service)

With this option, we keep everything related to your video project safe and sound for a whole year. This includes the final videos, all the raw footage we filmed, and the files we used to put everything together. It’s like having a safety net where you can always go back and make changes or updates if needed. We store these files in two different places to make sure they’re extra secure. If you want to keep everything stored for longer, you can renew this service each year.

What’s Included:

• Completed Video Deliverables: The final versions of your video, in all requested formats.

• Capture Files: Raw footage directly from the camera, including all takes and angles.

• Project Source Files: Editable project files, including timelines, sequences, and all associated assets (audio, graphics, etc.).

Storage Details:

• Duration: Up to 1 year, renewable annually with an additional fee.

• Backup Locations: On-site and off-site backup for maximum data protection.

• Access: Files can be retrieved and revised as needed during the storage period.

• Peace of Mind: All your original and source files are securely stored, allowing for easy revisions or updates.

• Data Security: Dual-location backups ensure that your files are protected against data loss.

• Flexibility: The ability to revisit and modify the project within the year, providing adaptability to future needs.

Option 2: Deliverables-Only Storage (Free of Charge)

This option is for those who are happy with the final videos and don’t need to keep anything else. We’ll store just the completed videos for you for free, for up to one year. They’ll be kept in two secure locations, so you can relax knowing your finished videos are safe and can be accessed anytime during the year.

Option 3: Raw Files Purchase (One-Time Fee)

If you want to keep the original, unedited footage we shot for your project, this option is for you. You can buy these raw files and choose how you want to receive them—either through a download link or on a hard drive that we can ship to you. This gives you complete control over your footage, so you can use it however you like in the future.

What’s Included:

• Capture Files: Raw footage directly from the camera, including all takes and angles (does not include project source files).

Delivery Details:

• Format: Files will be made available for download via a secure link or transferred to a hard disk drive (formatted for Mac).

• Shipping: If a hard disk drive is chosen, it will be shipped to you at your expense.

• Ownership: Gain full access to your raw footage for archival purposes or future use.

• Flexibility: Have the ability to use the raw footage as you see fit, independent of our editing services.
