What are some different ways others have conducted Live Events?

Each event is different with regards to requirements and deliverables.
Here are some examples:

  • Local RSL live streamed their Anzac Day celebrations over Facebook.
There were 150+ in face-to-face attendance, and 50+ who watched live online.

    • 3 cameras

    • They had their own audio technician who provided us with audio from the lectern

    • We provided a live feed (direct, and not over Facebook) to an adjacent room

    • Raw recording provided on USB stick and Dropbox link

  • Business Group with face-to-face audience and online audience via Zoom.
With 100+ face-to-face in attendance, and 20+ people interacting live online.

    • 2 cameras

    • MC was in the venue

    • Guest speaker was online via Zoom

    • Face-to-face and online audience had to be able to hear and see Zoom presenter

    • Provide audio feed via venue in-room audio speakers

What is a Hybrid Event and what service do you offer?

A Hybrid Event is an event where there is a face-to-face component in a venue, mixed with an online audience over the internet using platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and others.

In-venue audience’s point-of-view

  • Experience the event as per normal in a face-to-face environment

  • Ability to see and hear a remote presenter

Online audience’s point-of-view

  • Watch the event being streamed online

  • Ability to ask questions online (on-site moderator asks on their behalf)

  • Potential break-out rooms

  • Potential access to recording post event

Can you Live Stream to multiple platforms simultaneously?

Yes.

We can live stream to Facebook and YouTube at the same time.

Is it possible to have multiple cameras?

Yes.

We are able to use multiple camera angles and can switch between the various camera live, during the event (just like in a television studio).

Typically, we have the “main” camera zoomed in on the presenter (waist-high), and a secondary camera zoomed out to view the whole stage or the audience.

Can we have a recording?

Yes.

We are able to record the whole event and provide you with the raw recording after the event.
We also provide editing services in case you need the edited recording to be tidied up, branding elements displayed, and closed captions included for accessibility.
