Do you provide a teleprompter/autocue?Yes.

In fact, having the dialogue scripted will save the talent a lot of time, which means less time doing multiple takes (so you save on the cost of filming).
A special device is placed in front of the camera lens which displays the script for the talent to simply read.
The benefit of this is that they don’t need to memorise their lines and it looks like they’re looking directly into the camera (and not off to the side).
This is what new readers use in broadcast studios.
How much does it cost?
Each project budget depends on the following main factors:
Resources for filming on-location, actors/presenters, and length of filming.
Complexity of post-processing (time required for editing, animations, and revisions)
Typically, educational video projects may start from $2000, so it would be best if you put in a request for quote for your project.
